A low scoring nail-biter at the Sano International Cricket Ground (Tanuma) finished with the Sharks claiming a rare victory over the Sano 1st XI. Looks like it was another good day for the bowlers. Well done gents! Report soon. [Anton]

The 2nd XI put in a good all round performance to dispatch a dogged Wyverns XI at Sano on Sunday. New faces all chipped in with good performances too. A perfect start to the 2016 season for the Sharks. [Anton]

Congratulations again to Vicky, Doogs, Viv, KB, Sankar, PG and me for winning major awards at the 2015 Awards Ceremony. Your names and legendary status are now etched for eternity on the Chiba Sharks Honours Boards which you can see under the About tab above. [Anton]
…and posted under the Statistics tab above. In 2015 the Sharks made 3286 runs, took 92 catches (not guilty M’lud), engineered 33 run outs and took 209 wickets. Not a bad season’s work all in all. [Anton]
